Guide · Updated October 2026BitLife Mod APK Features Explained: God Mode, Bitizenship, Boss Mode & More
Every APK site claims “all features unlocked.” Almost none show what each feature actually does once unlocked. This guide closes that gap.
Below: every major feature in the BitLife Mod APK v3.25.1 build on the BitLife Mod APK download page — God Mode, Bitizenship, Boss Mode, unlimited money, expansion packs — explained as they behave in-game, with official prices for context.

What does the BitLife Mod APK unlock?
The BitLife Mod APK v3.25.1 unlocks God Mode, Bitizenship, Boss Mode with all special-career job packs, unlimited in-game money, and the expansion packs. In the official free-to-play app by CandyWriter, these are separate one-time in-app purchases, not subscriptions. The mod also removes ads. Here is the full set:
- God Mode — full character and life editor
- Bitizenship — ad-free play plus exclusive perks
- Boss Mode — every special career job pack, current and future
- Unlimited money — spend without grinding
- Expansion packs — casino, black market, stock market, and more
God Mode — what it actually lets you do
God Mode is the headline feature. Officially it is a one-time purchase, reported at $4.99 historically and $8 to $8.99 more recently — check the live Play Store price (ExpertBeacon). What it buys is total control over the sim.
You can edit any character’s name, looks, stats, and traits, reshape relationships, and rewrite life events as they happen. The one hard limit, confirmed by ExpertBeacon, is skin color, which God Mode cannot change. In the mod build the editor is available from the start with no purchase screen. Our God Mode guide walks through each editor tab.
- Edit happiness, health, smarts, and looks stats directly
- Change traits, sexuality, and fertility
- Rewrite relationships and alter life events mid-life
Bitizenship — ad-free life, exclusive features
Bitizenship is a one-time payment, not a subscription: pay once and keep it forever (Kiwipoints). It is the oldest premium package in BitLife and, per Kiwipoints, the single purchase with the most content. Reported prices swing between $2.99 and $7.99 depending on source and region, so treat any number you see online as stale and check the store.
What it unlocks: ad-free gameplay, unlimited generations (free players are capped at two, per AlfinTechComputer), dark mode toggle, extra pet sources, and deeper boss and teacher interactions.
One thing players get wrong: Bitizenship does not include God Mode. They are separate one-time purchases, though a bundle of the two has been reported around $11.99–$12 in some regions. Our Bitizenship explained guide covers whether it is worth paying for.

Boss Mode and special careers
Boss Mode is the career unlock. Per The Escapist, it opens every current and future special-career job pack — a reported $15.99 versus $4.99 per individual pack. Careers unlock from age 18 via Occupation → Special Careers (Kiwipoints), with a confirmed roster including actor, musician, politician, pro athlete, street hustler, mafia member, model, astronaut, and secret agent.
One catch worth knowing: since the actor job update, new players must buy job packs or Boss Mode to access special careers at all (Kiwipoints). In the mod, Boss Mode is active out of the box. Our Boss Mode and special careers guide walks the full unlock path.
Unlimited money — how it changes gameplay
Unlimited money is the simplest unlock and the most misunderstood. Money is the friction that makes choices matter in BitLife: careers, houses, businesses, casino runs. Remove it and the game becomes a sandbox. Some players love that. Others burn out in a week because nothing is at stake.
There is no official price for this because it does not exist officially. Treat it as what it is: a cheat code, not a feature. If you want the intended progression curve, the official BitLife app is the honest route.
Expansion packs included in the mod
Expansion packs are BitLife’s DLC: themed systems like the casino, black market, and stock market that bolt onto the base sim. Officially they cost $4.99 each with no bundle discount (The Escapist). The mod build includes them unlocked. Our expansion packs explained guide ranks every pack and calls out which ones actually change gameplay.
What the mod does NOT do
The mod does not receive official updates, so it lags behind official releases and that lag causes glitches. It does not protect your account: modded APKs violate the terms of service, and developers can detect and permanently ban linked accounts, wiping progress. And it does not make BitLife more fun by itself — constraints are half the game.
Play it safe: do not log into an account you care about on a modded build. Use a throwaway Google account, and never enter payment details into a modded app. Unofficial APKs are not vetted by Google or Apple. Our is the mod safe guide goes deeper.
Frequently asked questions
Is every feature really unlocked in the mod?
In the v3.25.1 build linked from this site, God Mode, Bitizenship, Boss Mode, unlimited money, and expansion packs are all active with no purchase screens. Features can shift between mod versions, so re-check after updates.
Do unlocked features survive updates?
Only if you update correctly: install the new APK directly over the old one without uninstalling, using a build from the same modder. Our guide to updating without losing progress covers the exact steps.
Will my account get banned for using the mod?
Possibly. Modded clients violate BitLife’s terms of service and progress-wiping bans have been reported. Keep modded play on a disposable account.
That is the full feature set. On desktop, the same unlocks apply on BitLife for PC.
